Ant-Man: This is the Closest We'll Get to a Latino Superhero

Not as comedic as Guardians of the Galaxy, Michael Peña's Luis and his buddies carrying the bulk of this, with Paul Rudd's Scott Lang/Ant-Man having to me the more sensible of them them. Not as action filled as any of the MCU, though Hope Pym tries - and fails - to amaze us with her fighting and lack of feeling. Despite this, Ant-Man is fun to watch, but I will admit from the beginning, I'm not certain if you need him for Endgame. The only reason you should rewatch - or do your first watch - is that Ant-Man is back in Endgame and the importance of the Quantum Realm. Yes, these two aspects are a big deal, but if you know your Ant-Man pretty well and you don't have that much time, maybe skip, or look up a quick summary.
Now, Paul Rudd does do well here, don't get me wrong. Basically, Ant-Man is the family film of the MCU, and the MCU is a bunch of family film movies, PG-13 rating or not. You believe in his love for his daughter, a nice change from the dynamic focus being that of romance or friendship. And the MCU is creative with his power; he does beat Falcon. Family is put first, taking away from the action, which is both a bonus and a minus.
Hope Pym, to me, is the least likable of the MCU girlfriends. It's like watching a cheap, stuck-up Black Widow. Yes, her mom died, but... it's hard to like someone who doesn't want to be liked. I almost wanted them to giver her the suit just to shut her up. The ending saves her though, the danger over and her no longer having to be an ice queen anymore.
Luis steals the show. He is the Loki to Thor in that you want to spend more time with him. Sadly, Hope is the one to join Scott in suiting-up, not Luis. Imagine Tony-Rhodey interactions about their suits, but with Scott and Luis. His storytelling is so great and authentic; I agree with the fandom in that he should do a quick summary as the opening of Endgame.
Hank Pym allows us to see an older Howard Stark, as well as the other super tech industries beyond Stark's. He brings some entertainment as well, and can make you really feel the hatred towards the Starks. He almost got me hating on them!
But, the only real highlight is seeing Ant-Man fight Falcon and Luis's two monologues. Oh, and when Falcon asks around for Ant-Man in Luis's "summary," they've got a reference to Spider-Man, which, considering how close Civil War is, is cutting it pretty close! So, don't stress that much if you can't rewatch this film. Watch it if you haven't, so you know the characters - isn't Scott's daughter going to get aged up, or is that just a rumor? - and have a good laugh with Luis.
